Cancellation and substitution policy
All cancellations must be received in writing, by fax or email, on or before August 23, and will be subject to a US$100 administrative fee. If payment has not been received at the time of cancellation, you will be invoiced this amount. From August 24 onwards, registration fee will not be refundable but you will receive all available conference presentations on CD. Substitution is allowed up to one week before the conference, i.e., September 17, by fax or email. On-site substitution is not allowed and registration is non-transferable.
